If you contact us by email, subscribe to our newsletter, or apply for a role, we collect the information you choose to send (name, email, message, any attachments). We only use it to reply or process your request.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, referrer, request times). We use this only to keep the site secure and operational. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on studioacme.com.

How we use information

  • To reply to your messages and provide the services you request.
  • To send our newsletter — only if you have explicitly subscribed. Unsubscribe at any time.
  • To protect the integrity, security, and availability of our services.
  • To comply with legal obligations under Turkish (KVKK) and EU (GDPR) law.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted infrastructure partners to operate. These include our hosting provider, our email sender, and our analytics provider where applicable. Each is bound by their own privacy commitments and processes data only on our instructions.

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to serve the purpose it was collected for, then we delete or anonymize it. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under GDPR and KVKK you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@studioacme.com. We respond within 30 days.

Children

Our site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.

We update this policy as our products evolve. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised effective date.
